Welcome to my little Neighbourhood.

I created these spaces for you to feel safe, create connection and heal your body.

I use the age old techniques of Hot and cold therapy to manage inflammation, mental health, detoxification, immune boosts, improved sleep, muscle recovery, injury and pain management and overall, well being.

We love our beautiful community and supporting you is a privilege.

We have expanded our South Terrace Location!…….

We wanted to bring a new concept to the art of Sauna.

We love the atmosphere of a communal space but sometimes it’s not conducive to rest and healing, especially in an infrared sauna!

So we have created a stunning communal space and provided you with private saunas to allow you space and time to rest, reset and realign.

Each Two-person Luxe Sauna has its own private little jungle sanctuary. This provides a sense of privacy and of openness.

The design allows individuals or small groups to enjoy the saunas warmth and rejuvenation benefits while still being part of the communal environment. Please note that it is not a private space and there will be sounds and talking that can be heard. We suggest earphones or a good meditation.

Memberships will be available in limited numbers.

What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

We couldn’t love Sauna any more…………but its not for Everyone………

If you have any of the following conditions, it is recommended that you seek medical advice before booking a session or even if you are concerned in any way……… speak to your doctor about the risks.

Any kind of implants such as Breast, pins, rods or hips (would be happy to discuss this further)
If you have a fever of any kind, or suspect you may have Covid
High Blood Pressure
Heart Conditions
If you are pregnant or Breastfeeding
Kidney Disease or taking any types of Diuretics.
Have an insensitivity to heat.
Recent unhealed wounds
Have had psychosis of any kind.

Once you have booked there are a few things you need to get your sweat on……..

You can go naked if that floats your boat!…… but we recommend wearing as little as you feel comfortable. The Infrared heat is not deterred by any kind of clothing.

Please bring your own towel. Towels are provided to sit on in the sauna but you will need another to wrap around yourself and a hand towel to wipe away the sweat. The more you wipe the more you sweat!

The most important is water! Its imperative to keep hydrated before, during and after your session. Think of it like emptying out an old glass of water and replacing it with crystal clear beautiful water…..even using a good quality electrolyte after your session will replenish your body with all that it has lost.
